- have successfully completed the General Arts & Science Pre-Technology Certificate program,
- have achieved a minimum of 60% in English/Communications and Math,
- meet any other admissions requirements of the receiving college.

Admissions will be subject to the processes of the receiving college. Where application numbers exceed the capacity of any college, additional selection and approval requirements may apply.
Regardless of the level at which a student was originally admitted into the General Arts & Science (Pre-Technology) Certificate program and/or the admission standard at the time, students will be accepted into the program based on their successful completion of their General Arts & Science (Pre-Technology) Certificate.
