Graduates of the Motive Power Fundamentals certificate program gain entry into year 2 of the Motive Power Technician program at Centennial College.

Graduates of the Motive Power Fundamentals program at Conestoga College and Mohawk College are eligible to apply for advanced entry to year 2 of the Motive Power Technician (Optional Co-op) diploma program at Centennial College. Successful applicants may be required to complete a post-admission English Language Proficiency assessment.

The Motive Power Fundamentals to Motive Power Technician pathway will be reviewed every 5 years. The agreement can be amended at any time in writing by the written agreement of the collaborating institutions. Any change to this admission pathway will not affect students currently enrolled or whose application is in process at the time of any changes.
