Requirements

Students who have completed Automotive Service Technician Level 1 certificate at Algonquin College, Centennial College, Conestoga College, Fanshawe College and Mohawk College are eligible to apply for advanced entry to year 2 of the Motive-Power Technician (Optional-Co-op) diploma program at Centennial College.

Successful applicants may be required to complete a post-admission English Language Proficiency assessment.

The Automotive Service Technician Level 1 to Motive Power Technician pathway is renewed annually. The agreement can be amended at any time in writing by the written agreement of the collaborating institutions. Any change to this pathway will not affect students currently enrolled or whose application is in process at the time of any changes.
