Requirements

Graduates of a 2 year Business - Human Resources Diploma Program with a minimum GPA of 70% are eligible to enter the 3rd semester of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce - Human Resources Management Degree in the Winter or Fall term.

Winter entry: Five semesters plus one work-integrated learning term to complete the degree (students who start the degree in the winter term will incur an extra course fee in semesters four, five and six to complete the degree in the time specified).

Fall entry: Six semesters plus one work-integrated learning term to complete the degree (longer path to degree completion due to course availability).

 How to apply:

 Domestic students will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “degree completion” as their entry semester.  Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

 International students will apply to the degree via Seneca’s International Student Web Application, and follow up with their Admissions Advisor regarding their pathway eligibility.  The student will need their Seneca application confirmation number when they reach out to their advisor.  Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

This agreement is effective from the date at which the program was approved, and the pathway shall be reviewed annually to reflect any changes that are made to either program's curriculum. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any pathway changes will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the transfer pathway in effect at the time of enrolment.
