*Additional notes: Credits left to complete at Trent University will depend on the major selected by the student. Students are encouraged to meet with an academic advisor regarding the selected major and appropriate degree planning. Students have the opportunity to complete introductory credits for the selected major in the summer term prior to entering Trent, pending course availability. The completion of these courses will allow students to seamlessly continue in 2000-level courses when entering the first year at Trent. Depending on the major selected, not completing these courses in the summer term may result in the requirement for students to complete summer terms or additional time at Trent in order to meet degree requirements. Consultation with an academic advisor is strongly recommended. Students interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Education at the Intermediate/Senior (I/S) level are required to fulfill teachable subject requirements. 5.0 credits are required in the first teachable subject and 3.0 credits are required in the second teachable subject. In order to fulfill all program and teachable requirements, students may be required to complete additional credits.

Degree requirements are subject to change. Refer to the most recent version of the Academic Calendar for course descriptions and degree requirements (http://trentu.ca/calendar). Students are encouraged to meet with an academic advisor prior to registering for courses for assistance with degree planning (http://trentu.ca/advising).
