Program Transfer Search

Students may be granted up to 5.0 credits for a completed 2-year high-affinity diploma in Law and Security Administration with a minimum cumulative average of 70%. In addition, applicants will be assessed for PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition) and may receive between 2.0 - 4.0 additional credits as a result. The total credit awarded is between 7.0 - 9.0 which is equivalent to approximately 14 - 18 courses.

The Bachelor of Applied Arts in Justice and Public Safety is open to anyone with a minimum three years of direct full-time work experience in a related field and have completed a recognized college diploma in an academic field with a minimum 70% average or finished at least 10 university-level courses with a minimum 65% average.

Applicants must submit a cover letter and resume to be considered for additional credit based on PLAR (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition).
