Program Transfer Search

Students will receive the following 7.5 transfer credits:

• 0.5 CUST 1510H - Introduction to Integrated Ages
• 0.5 CUST 1520H - Introduction to World Literature
• 0.5 CUST 3522H - Experimental Fiction
• 0.5 HIST 1201H - Western Civilization from the Middle Ages to 1789
• 0.5 PHIL 1200H - Critical Thinking
• 0.5 PHIL-POST 3180H - Social and Political Philosophy
• 0.5 PSYC 1030H - Introduction to Psychology Part 2: Social and Personality Perspectives
• 0.5 SOCI 1002H - Introduction to Sociology II: Exploring Social Life
• 1.0 credit of the following (dependent on courses taken at Seneca):
  • 0.5 FREN 1001H - French Refresher I, and 0.5 FREN 1002H - French Refresher II;
  • 0.5 HSST 1001H - Introduction to Spanish I, and 0.5 HSST 1002H - Introduction to Spanish II
• 0.5 unassigned History credit at the 2000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Sociology credit at the 1000 level
• 1.0 unassigned Arts credit at the 1000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Arts credit at the 2000 level

In addition, students will receive a minimum of 0.5 to a maximum of 1.0 credits for the Trent courses they have completed prior to regular admission to Trent University.

To quality for this agreement, students must have:

• successfully completed Seneca College's Liberal Arts Diploma;
• a minimum overall average of 70%.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
