Transfer credits for students who began studies in the Business - Human Resources Mangement Diploma prior to Fall 2018 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis.

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:
- successfully completed Fleming College's Business Administration - Human Resource Management Advanced Diploma program;
- a minimum overall average of 75%,

Students must complete the following 10.0 credits to fulfill requirements for the Business Administration degree with a Specialization in Human Resource Management:

• 0.5 ADMN 2010H - Management Skills
• 0.5 ADMN 2510H - Organizational Theory
• 0.5 ADMN 3021H - Fundamentals of Managerial Accounting
• 0.5 ADMN 3200H - Financial Management
• 0.5 ADMN 3290H - Canadian Employment Law
• 0.5 ADMN 3300H - Personal Ethics in Organizations and Business
• 0.5 ADMN 4030H - Strategic Management
• 0.5 ADMN 4101H - Thinking About Management
• 0.5 ECON 1250H - Introduction to Mathematics for Economics and Management
• 5.5 additional credits, including:
  • At least 0.5 credit at the 3000 and/or 4000 level(s);
  • No more than 2.5 credits at the 1000 level;
  • At least 0.5 credit from the Approved Indigenous Course List.

*Additional notes: Graduating students transferring to Trent through this pathway may apply for the Specialization in Human Resource Management if they have successfully completed the remaining 1.5 specialization credit (ADMN 1221H, 3021H and 3290H) with a minimum grade of 65% in each and an overall average of at least 70%. Additional requirements may apply for students interested in pursuing the CHRP Designation. Students are referred to the School of Business for more information.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
