Program Transfer Search

Students beginning studies in the Pre-Community Services Certificate program since Fall 2024 will receive the following 3.5 transfer credits: 

• 0.5 PSYC 1030H – Introduction to Psychology II: Social and Personality Perspectives 
• 0.5 SOCI 1002H – Introduction to Sociology II: Exploring Social Life 
• 0.5 SOCI 2220H – Intersecting Social Inequalities 
• 0.5 unassigned Psychology credit at the 2000 level, B2 category 
• 1.5 unassigned Arts credits at the 1000 level

Transfer credits for students beginning studies in the program prior to Fall 2024 will be assessed on a course-by-course basis.

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:

• Successfully completed Niagara College’s Pre-Community Services Certificate;
• A minimum overall average of 75%

Bridging

Students pursuing majors for which introductory credits are not provided through the transfer credit block may be encouraged to complete courses in the term prior to entering Trent full-time. Consultation with an academic advisor is strongly encouraged. (http://trentu.ca/advising).
