- 0.5 unassigned Business Administration credit at the 2000 level
- 2.0 unassigned Arts credits at the 1000 level
Transfer credits for students beginning studies in the Customer Service Fundamentals – Insurance Certificate program program prior to Fall 2023 will be assessed on a course-by-course basis
