Graduates from any Ontario Business Administration Human Resources three year advanced diploma (MTCU #60223) with an overall GPA of 70 per cent or higher will be considered for admission to the four-year Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources) degree. Graduates may then complete the degree with the equivalent of two semesters  of full-time study, in addition to a spring bridging semester, plus one work extended co-op work term for 4 months (minimum 450 hours). Graduates of this 2 year diploma with an overall program GPA of 70% are eligible to start in semester 3 of the Honours Bachelor of Technology - Informatics & Security degree program in the fall term. Students will complete the degree in six semesters plus two work-integrated learning terms, and will incur an extra subject fee in semester 4 in order to complete the degree in the time specified. Durham College agrees to facilitate the block transfer of students who have completed one full year in the Police Foundations diploma program at another Ontario College into the second year of the same program at Durham College.

Students will have successfully completed all courses within the first year of the Police Foundations diploma program of study (the first 2 academic terms) from the sending college and meet any other admission requirements for the program at Durham College (if applicable).

A minimum of one (1) academic year (2 semesters) of full-time study is required to complete the Police Foundations diploma program. Students will not be required to take
