Requirements
Students who have graduated from a 2 year Fitness and Health Promotion diploma program with a minimum GPA of 65% are eligible to enter the 3rd semester of the Honours Bachelor of Therapeutic Recreation degree in the Fall or Winter term and will complete the program in 6 semesters plus 1 work integrated learning term.
How to apply:
Domestic students will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “degree completion” as their entry semester. Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.
International students will apply to the degree via Seneca’s International Student Web Application, and follow up with their Admissions Advisor regarding their pathway eligibility. The student will need their Seneca application confirmation number when they reach out to their advisor. Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

This agreement is effective from the date at which the program was approved, and the pathway shall be reviewed annually to reflect any changes that are made to either program's curriculum. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any pathway changes will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the transfer pathway in effect at the time of enrollment.
