Program Residency Requirement

Students must complete the following 13.0 credits to fulfill requirements for the Environmental and Resource Science degree:

  • 0.5 ERSC 2220H - Environmental Assessment: Chemical and Laboratory Methods
  • 0.5 ERSC 2240H - Ecological Assessment for Natural Resource Management
  • 0.5 ERST 3000H - Environmental Professional Practice
  • 3.0 additional Environmental and Resource Science credits from Category A
  • 1.5 additional Environmental and Resource Science/Studies credits from Category B
  • 0.5 Environmental and Resource Science/Studies credits from Category D
  • 0.5 Environmental and Resource Science/Studies credits at the 3000 level or beyond in addition to the above
  • 6.0 additional credits, including 1.0 Math credit

*Additional notes: Courses without specified year levels must include at least 4.0 credits at the 3000 and/or 4000 level(s), and no more than 4.0 credits at the 1000 level. Elective and other choice credits must include at least 5.0 science credits.

Cancellation Policy

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
