Requirements
1. Western agrees to consider for admission to the Bachelor of Science (Foods and Nutrition): Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics, or Honours Specialization in Foods and Nutrition, or Specialization in Foods and Nutrition program graduates of the Nutrition and Food Service Management diploma program from Fanshawe who meet the following requirements: a. Successful completion of the Food and Nutrition Management diploma with a competitive overall admission average for the year in which they apply as calculated by Western and Brescia; b. Completion of the prescribed set of courses within the Food and Nutrition Management diploma with a minimum grade of “C” or 2.00 GPA in each college course as outlined in Appendix 1; and c. Successful completion of Ontario Secondary School Biology (SBI4U) and Chemistry (SCH4U); or equivalents.
2. Applicants to this agreement must apply to Western by June 1st of the year in which they are seeking admission.
3. Admissions decisions are within the sole discretion of Western and are not appealable. Applicants who meet the requirements set out above are not guaranteed admission under this Agreement. The decision as to the number of students who will be accepted in any academic year may vary from year to year. Final determination of the validity of all admissions under this agreement rests with the Registrar at Western in accordance with the provisions of the affiliation agreement between Western.

Cancellation Policy
(a) This Agreement is effective May 1, 2021 and shall continue in force unless terminated by a party as set out herein.
(b) Any party may terminate this Agreement upon three months' written notice of termination to the other parties. No applicants will be considered for admission after the date of such notice.
(c) Not withstanding paragraph (b), if Western decides to terminate this Agreement due to changes to Fanshawe's curriculum or course content, this Agreement shall terminate on a date that is the earlier of three months after written notice of termination is given to Fanshawe and the date that the changes were made by Fanshawe.
(d) Students accepted for admission under this Agreement prior to issuance of a notice of termination shall be permitted to complete their studies under the terms of this Agreement.
