Students beginning studies in the General Arts Certificate program since Fall 2018 will receive the following 5.0 transfer credits:
- 0.5 PHIL 1200H - Critical Thinking
- 0.5 POST 1002H - Politics and Power in the Global Age: Issues
- 0.5 PSYC 1020H - Introduction to Psychology Part I: Experimental and Biological Bases of Behaviour
- 0.5 SOCI 1001H - Introduction to Sociology I: Critical Foundations
- 0.5 UNIV 1004H - Reflective Writing and Critical Engagement
- 0.5 WRIT 1001H - Write in Time
- 0.5 unassigned History credit at the 1000 level
- 0.5 unassigned Psychology credit at the 2000 level, B2 category
- 1.0 unassigned Arts credit at the 1000 level
Students who began studies in the General Arts Certificate program prior to Fall 2018 are encouraged to contact Trent University for information about their transfer credits received as part of this pathway.
Exigences
To qualify for this agreement, students must have:
- successfully completed Centennial College's General Arts Certificate program;
- a minimum overall average of 70%;
- no less than 65% in any of the courses required for the General Arts Certificate program.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
