Students beginning studies in the Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma program since Fall 2024 will receiving the following 7.5 transfer credits: 

  • 0.5 KINE 2002H – Kinesiology 2: Exercise Physiology 
  • 0.5 KINE 3001H – Biomechanics  
  • 0.5 KINE 4005H – Exercise Testing and Prescription 
  • 0.5 PSYC 1030H – Introduction to Psychology Part 2: Social and Personality Perspectives 
  • 0.5 unassigned Kinesiology credit at the 3000 level 
  • 0.5 unassigned Science credit at the 1000 level 3.0 unassigned Arts credits at the 1000 level 
  • 1.5 unassigned Arts credits at the 2000 level 

Students who began studies in the  Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma program prior to Fall 2024 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis.

Exigences

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:

  • Successfully completed Seneca Polytechnic’s Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma;
  • A minimum overall average of 75%

Passerelle

Students pursuing majors for which introductory credits are not provided through the transfer credit block may be encouraged to complete courses in the term prior to entering Trent full-time. Consultation with an academic advisor is strongly encouraged. (http://trentu.ca/advising).
