• 0.5 ADMN 3290H - Canadian Employment Law
• 0.5 ECON 2200H - Introduction to Statistics for Economics and Management
• 1.0 unassigned Business Administration credit at the 1000 level
• 1.0 unassigned Business Administration credit at the 2000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Computer Science credit at the 1000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Sociology credit at the 2000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Arts credit at the 1000 level

 Transfer credits for students who began studies in the Business - Human Resources Diploma program prior to Winter 2014 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis.

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:

• successfully completed Centennial College's Business - Human Resources Diploma;
• a minimum overall average of 75%.

Students must complete the following 10.0 credits to fulfill requirements for the Business Administration degree with a Specialization in Human Resource Management:

• 0.5 ADMN 1221H - Financial Accounting*
• 0.5 ADMN 2510H - Organization Theory
• 0.5 ADMN 3021H - Fundamentals of Managerial Accounting*
• 0.5 ADMN 3270H - Human Resource Planning*
• 0.5 ADMN 3300H - Personal Ethics in Organizations and Business
• 0.5 ADMN 3500H - Economics of Industrial Relations*
• 0.5 ADMN 4030H - Strategic Management
• 0.5 ADMN 4101H - Thinking About Management
• 0.5 ECON 1010H - Introductory Microeconomics
• 0.5 ECON 1020H - Introductory Macroeconomics 
• 0.5 ECON 1250H - Introduction to Mathematics for Economics and Management
• 4.5 elective credits, including:
  • at least 1.0 credit at the 3000 and/or 4000 level;
  • no more than 2.5 credits at the 1000 level;
  • at least 0.5 credit from the Approved Indigenous Course List.

*Additional notes: Courses marked with an asterisk (*) are required for the Specialization in Human Resource Management. To achieve the specialization, students must achieve a minimum 65% grade in each course, with a minimum overall average of 70%.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
