Recherche de transfert de programme

Students beginning studies in the Biotechnology Diploma program since Winter 2021 will receive the following 6.0 transfer credits: 

• 0.5 BIOL 1030H – Foundations of Biodiversity
• 0.5 BIOL 3250H – Microbiology 
• 0.5 CHEM 1000H – Introductory Chemistry I
• 0.5 CHEM 2410H – Introductory Analytical Chemistry I
• 0.5 WRIT 1001H – Write in Time
• 1.0 unassigned Biology credit at the 2000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Chemistry credit at the 1000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Math credit at the 1000 level
• 0.5 unassigned Sociology credit at the 2000 level
• 1.0 unassigned Science credit at the 1000 level

Transfer credits for students who began studies in the Biotechnology Diploma program prior to Winter 2021 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis.

To qualify for this agreement, students must have: 

• Successfully completed Centennial College’s Biotechnology Diploma; 
• A minimum overall average of 75%; 
• Successful completion of any prerequisites for the Trent program of choice

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
