Students must complete the following 10.0 credits to fulfill the requirements for the Business Administration degree: 

• ​0.5 ADMN 2100H - Introduction to Marketing 
• 0.5 ADMN 2220H - Organizational Behaviour
• 0.5 ADMN 2230H - Human Resource Management
• 0.5 ADMN 2510H - Organizational Theory
• 0.5 ADMN 3032H - Strategic Management
• 0.5 ADMN 3200H - Financial Management
• 0.5 ADMN 3300H - Personal Ethics in Organizations and Business
• 0.5 ECON 1010H - Introductory Microeconomics
• 0.5 ECON 1250H - Introduction to Economics and Mathematics for Management
• 0.5 credit from the following:
  • 0.5 ADMN 4032H - Strategic Management 2
  • 0.5 ADMN 4040H - Managing Organizational Change
  • 0.5 ADMN 4101H - Thinking About Management
  • 0.5 ADMN 4450H - Perspectives and Practices for Organizational Change
• 0.5 additional Business Administration credit at the 4000 level
• 1.0 additional Business Administration credit at the 3000 level or beyond
• 3.5 additional credits, including:
  • at least 1.0 credit at the 3000 level;
  • no more than 3.0 credits at the 1000 level;
  • at least 0.5 credit from the Approved Indigenous Course List.

*Additional notes: Trent University offers an optional Specialization in Accounting. Students interested in pursuing the specialization must complete a specific cluster of courses through choice credits. Refer to the School of Business for more information.
