Pathway Details

Terms for renewal or cancellation

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.

Eligibility for Pathway

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:
-successfully completed Durham College's Horticulture - Food and Farming Technician Diploma program;
-a minimum overall average of 75%.
 

Credit transfer

Students will be granted 5.0 credits, including:

  • 0.5 SAFS 1001H - Introduction to Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems
  • 0.5 SAFS-ERSC 2350H - Ecological Agriculture
  • 0.5 SAFS-ERSC 2360H - Agriculture and Agriculture Alternatives
  • 1.5 unassigned Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems credits at the 2000 level
  • 2.0 unassigned Science credits at the 2000 level
