Pathway Details
Terms for renewal or cancellation
The agreement shall be continuous from year to year; however, either party may terminate the agreement if notice in writing is given at least 12 months prior to the date on which termination becomes effective. Students enrolled in the program at the time of notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their degree studies within three years based on the terms of the agreement when they commenced their studies.
Eligibility for Pathway
Graduates of any Ontario College Law Clerk program must meet Algoma University admission requirements which requires successful completion of the two-year diploma with a minimum overall average of B (70%; 3.0) or higher to be eligible for the maximum credit recognition.
Credit transfer
Ontario College Law Clerk graduates will receive 45 credits toward a 4-year Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice.
Credits that must be achieved at the receiving institution
75 credits required to complete the 4-year Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice.
Anticipated normal schedule of student progression
Law Clerk graduates may be able to complete the 4-year Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice degree in 3 years (depending on course availability and course load registered).

Honours Bachelor of Arts with a major in Law and Justice - 4-year degree
